These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the B2B Data Solution website, platform, APIs, and data products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Our services
B2B Data Solution provides business-to-business contact data, lead lists, enrichment tools, and related marketing intelligence. Data availability, fields, and coverage vary by plan, segment, and jurisdiction. We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee that every record is current or complete at all times.
Accounts & registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use data for unsolicited spam, harassment, or unlawful outreach
Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, PECR, or other applicable marketing and privacy laws
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw data except as expressly permitted in your order or license
Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our database outside authorized channels
Upload malware, interfere with platform security, or abuse rate limits
Misrepresent your identity or intended use of purchased data
Data licensing & compliance
Unless otherwise stated in writing, data is licensed for your internal sales and marketing use subject to applicable law and these Terms. You are solely responsible for:
Obtaining any required consents or legal bases for contacting individuals
Honoring opt-out, suppression, and do-not-contact requests
Maintaining records demonstrating lawful use where required
Our data sourcing, standardization, matching, and field-checking methodology is documented in full in our Data Methodology. Compliance with applicable local marketing and privacy laws when using this data remains your responsibility.
Payment, billing & refunds
Fees are displayed at checkout or in your order agreement. Subscriptions and credits renew according to your selected plan unless cancelled. Custom or enterprise orders may have separate payment terms. Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and is evaluated case-by-case for digital data deliveries. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
Intellectual property
The platform, branding, documentation, and proprietary methodologies are owned by B2B Data Solution or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased data as permitted. You may not remove proprietary notices or claim ownership of our database compilations.
Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B2B Data Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B2B Data Solution from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of data, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay amounts due. Upon termination, your license to use undelivered or restricted data ends unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which B2B Data Solution operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date.
